Why Tribulation May Start in 2025

Seven Years Prior To The 7th Millennial Day

It is my belief that the Bible communicates an intended overarching timeline of 7,000 years (7 millennial days) which I cover in depth on my Millennial Days page. I believe that the 7th millennial day is the literal 1,000 year millennial reign of Jesus Christ on Earth mentioned in Revelation 20. In studying the end times prophecy, you'll find that the millennial reign follows the seven year tribulation period and the second coming of Jesus. Therefore, the tribulation period would be the seven years leading up to the millennial reign. If the millennial day/millennial week theory of seven thousand years from creation to the end of the millennial reign is correct, then we should expect the millennial reign of Jesus to occur around 2000 years from His crucifixion. While the specific year is debated, all scholars agree the crucifixion occurred in the spring of one of the year between 30 and 33 AD. Two thousand years from that event would be the years 2030 - 2033 AD. Subtracting the seven year tribulation period from those years results in 2024-2027 (note that this counting is inclusive of the start year as part of the 7 years). So, we get a range of time of which we are in the middle of to be watching for the tribulation to begin. I cover in my 7 year tribulation page that the period will be associated with a seven year peace agreement, which has potential to begin with the work the UN is currently doing in regard to the middle east, or in association with the Abrahamic Accords that Donald Trump is facilitating.

Sabbatical Year Alignment

On this page I provide an overview of the sabbatical years & jubilees that are established in Leviticus 25. In that page I outline how to date the start of the sabbatical years and that if you count according to the instructions you will find that 2025 is the 70th jubilee from the entrance of the Jewish people into the promised land. The fact that it's the 70th is also significant as the number seven is associated with completeness and the numeber ten is associated with the law God provided. So, 70 would equate to ordinal completeness related to sabbatical years & jubilees completed in the year 2025.

The Prophetic Psalms

The prophetic Psalms communicate themes that when considered together in order seem to correlate to events of the Tribulation Period and the establishment of the Millennial Kingdom. There are two sets of chapters to consider. Psalms 124 - 134 seem to correlate prophetically to the events of tribulation and the chapter numbers seem to correlate to the gregorian year — I.E. 124 = 2024, 125 = 2025, etc. Likewise, Psalms 75-84 seem to do the same thing but correlate the chapter numbers to the age of Israel — I.E. Psalm 75 = 75 years old, Psalm 76 = 76 years old, etc. Note that for the age of Israel I am counting from the establishment of Jerusalem as the capital rather than the 1948 declaration. It's also important to note that the Hebrew year begins in the 7th month at Rosh Hashanah. So, the correlation of chapters & years are effectively offset around half a year. I've presented a summary list of the concept in this way in the list below where for example Psalm 75 (Israel's 75th year) begins mid-way in 2024 (Psalm 124) and ends mid-way in 2025 (Psalm 125) and therefore Psalm 75 is presented between the two meant to represent overlapping the two. I've also provided a graphical representation of this below. I provide explanation of this and a lot more dept of analysis on this concept on the Prophetic Psalms Page. Here's the summary of each chapter in an effort to present how these appear to prophetically correlate to the events of the Tribulation period.

• Psalm 124: Conflict & protection for Israel. This would also align with Daniel 12:1 at the beginning of the end.
• Psalm 75: Conflict & protection for Israel. Wine of God's wrath presented ready in His hand (ahead of Tribulation to begin)
• Psalm 125: Potential hint at the rapture by referencing believers dwelling with the Lord. Peace (treaty) for Israel mentioned at the end.
• Psalm 76: Conflict & protection for Israel (perhaps destruction following "saying peace & safety" in 1 Thes. 5:3). Judgement has been uttered and God has arisen to establish it.
• Psalm 126: Captive Israel, but hope promised. Harvest for one who sowed in weeping but gathering in joy might allude to rapture of believers by Jesus.
• Psalm 77: Israel rejected, remembering God's faithfulness in captivity & conflict in the past.
• Psalm 127: House built in vain (may be referring to the Third Temple)
• Psalm 78: Rejection of the Messiah realized — Israel established the Third Temple in yet another rejection of Jesus therefore the children are like the fathers.
• Psalm 128: Witness & ministry happening in Jerusalem by the temple. Promise of peace to come.
• Psalm 79: Invasion of Israel, Holy Temple defiled, witnesses killed & their bodies left to the birds (Rev 11, End of the first half of Tribulation).
• Psalm 129: Israel afflicted by a previous aggressor. The aggressor is then mowed down.
• Psalm 80: Israel calling for deliverance & restoration with acknowledgement of the Vine from Egypt (John 15:1), the Son of Man at the right hand of the Father.
• Psalm 130: Repentant Israel calling for forgiveness and help as they wait on the Lord.
• Psalm 81: A reference to a feast day at the new moon (Feast of Trumpets). Israel admonished for idolatry and God confirming He gave them over to it (Abomination of Desolation).
• Psalm 131: Israel waiting on the Lord
• Psalm 82: A call for God to administer justice and judge the Earth.
• Psalm 132: A mention to remember the promises made to David (establish David's lineage forever). Speaks of one sitting on the throne of David, and God's priests adorned in righteousness aligning with the initial establishment of the Millennial Kingdom and description of those who accompany Jesus in His second coming. This confirmed by the "horn of David spring forth there" referring to Jerusalem.
• Psalm 83: A call for God to deal with His enemies. This aligns with what Jesus will accomplish at His Second Coming.
• Psalm 133: Speaks of unity and life forever, which aligns perfectly for what the Millennial Kingdom would usher in.
• Psalm 84: Speaks of entering into the dwelling place of God, one sitting on the throne of David, and God's priests adorned in righteousness aligning with the initial establishment of the Millennial Kingdom and description of those who accompany Jesus in His second coming.
• Psalm 134: Speaks of the servants in the house of the Lord.
• Psalm 85: Speak of peace and blessing and restoration, which aligns perfectly for what the Millennial Kingdom would usher in.

After reading the list above and considering for yourself the text of each chapter, see how the themes of the chapters match the progression of the prophetic events of the Tribulation period.

The chapter numbers were not included in the original text and therefore this can only be said to be circumstantial or coincidental until it's proven to be true. For the time being, this serves as additional supporting evidence until such time as if we were to pass the years in question — I do not claim to know the exact day and hour, but the above is extremely compelling to me.

Levitical Feasts Introduction

On the Levitical Feasts page, I go into greater detail of how God communicated to Moses that the Jewish people were to observe seven feasts in specific ways to give prophetic indication of the timing and nature of major prophetic events. I established that we get confirmation of this with the first four feasts being confirmed in the Bible with the life and ministry of Jesus and the entering of the Holy Spirit into the disciples after Jesus's ascension. The prophetic significance of each of the first four feasts was revealed in this way and provides us reason to be expectant of the last 3 feasts. It's my belief that the feasts are divided between Spring and Autumn to make distinction of the begining and the end of feast fulfillments: Spring feasts during and immediately following Jesus's life & ministry and Autumn feasts during the prophetic End Times events.

While the Autumn feasts found in Leviticus 23 have not yet come to fulfillment, we can see the significance in other prophetic texts including teachings of Jesus to give us an idea of what to expect in the prophetic future Autumn feasts — just as the Jews might have had some idea of what to expect with Jesus's life and ministry and fulfillment of the Spring feasts.

• Feast of Trumpets (Leviticus 23:23-25 & Numbers 29:1-6) — A day of solemn rest / peace & memorial proclaimed with trumpet blasts.
  • We see in Daniel 9:27 that the Tribulation period begins with a peace treaty.
  • We see in Revelation 9 & Revelation 11:15-19 that the Tribulation period is associated with judgements passed on the world marked by angelic trumpet blasts
  • We see in Joshua 5:13-6:27 that the beginning of seven years of conquesting of the promised land by God's chosen people began with the toppling of Jericho in which trumpet blasts and patterns of sevens are central components. This seems to potentially foreshadow the Tribulation Period.


• Day of Atonement / Yom Kippur (Leviticus 23:26-32 & Numbers 29:7-11) — A day of self affliction (repentance) and atonement (payment for sin)
  • We see in Romans 3:21-26 & Hebrews 9:22 that Jesus's crucifixion & burial was in order to produce the atonement for repentant believers. The alternative to that state is to not be atoned for and therefore subject to God's justice and benevolent wrath. We currently are in a grace period in which the atonement is on forbearance, but it seems likely the atonement will come due on th is day.
  • We see in Revelation 19:11-21 that Jesus's second coming is associated with righteous judgement. So, this day has a high liklihood of association to the day Jesus returns.


• Feast of Booths / Sukkot (Leviticus 23:33-43 & Numbers 29:12-40) — Seven days of harvest culminating in a celebratory seventh day feast commemorating God's salvation of the Jewish people from captivity to dwelling in the promised land with God.
• We see in Genesis 17:1-8 that God establishes a covenant with Abraham to father many nations and kings, and to establish his lineage throughout generations with an everlasting covenant that the land of Canaan (the promised land) will be theirs. This promise is passed down to his son Isaac and grandson Jacob.
• We see in Exodus 19:8 that God promises to establish the Jewish people as a prosperous & holy people.
• We see in 2 Samuel 7:8-17 that David's throne (kingship lineage from David) will be established forever.
• We see in Revelation 20:1-6 that following Jesus's second coming in earlier chapters, He establishes His kingdom on Earth for 1,000 years.
• We see in Revelation 21 & 22 that the final state of mankind and the world will involve a new Heaven and a new Earth in which a new Jerusalem will be established in which mankind will dwell with God in their reconciled relationship forever.

From the information above we can see that the Autumn feasts align with the end times prophecies associated with the Tribulation Period, the Second Coming of Jesus, and the Millennial Reign and Final Judgement of mankind. All of the above explanation was to provide the reason to look at specific days associated to specific prophetic events. The final piece to this puzzle is the day counts the Bible provides to prophetically explain the amount of time the end times events will take to be completed. I cover this subject in greater detail on the 7 Year Tribulation page here. For our purposes, on this page we take the day count of 2550 days from the start of Tribulation to the Second Coming of Jesus and then an additional 45 days to the Beginning of the 1000 year reign of Jesus. When we apply this count to the years scholars agree are seven years before the 2000 year anniversary of the crucifixion, and beginning the count from the Feast of Trumpets based on the logic above we find that — due to leap year functionality — only 2025 has the correct number of days between the feasts that correlate to the end times prophecies. So, IF the Millennial Day Theory supporting a seven thousand year timeline communicated in the Bible is correct with the final 1000 years being the Millennial Reign of Jesus and the prophetic end times events happening seven years before that, then 2025 is the only year that makes sense. Then, when you consider how current events seem to be aligning with end times prophecy you see that the liklihood increases further.

September 23, 2017 Rev 12 Woman Sign

Many online point to an alignment of the celestial bodies on September 23, 2017 that seems to resemble the symbology communicated in Revelation 12. The trick with interpreting celestial bodies is that it is a very interpretive thing and difficult to verify celestial positioning accurately with most tools available online. So, I personally "tread lightly" for things like this. However, on that day the celestial bodies were aligned with the description of the woman in the text in multiple ways. Considering the liklihood of them all happening at the same time in proximity to the expected tribulation period, I find it more plausible to believe as a sign than chance. The last time an alignment like this happened in the constellation Virgo that met all the criteria was in the year 3915 BC. So, while different elements regularly are present in Virgo, the entire combination only occurs around once every 6000-7000 years.The significance of this occurrence in 2017 is that it is exactly to the day 8 years before the Feast of Trumpets in 2025. In the pattern of 7, there's an implication that the 8th begins a new set and therefore 8 is associated with a new beginning. It's possible that we see this significance with the celestial alignment in 2017. Going a little further down this road, the number of days between when the sign occurred on September 23, 2017 and the upcoming Feast of Trumpets is 2922 days. If we use the numerological approach to this number including prime factorization, we find this number is associated with 2, 3, 4, 8, 12, 22, 24, 29, 48, 87, and 92. The numerological interpretation of these numbers is that the days between this sign and the 2025 Feast of Trumpets is symbolic to a pivotal moment that serves as a culmination of a fundamental bible event (like Exodus, Jericho, crossing of the Jordan, God fulfilling prophecy kind of big) related to a union transition & new beginning of the priesthood. This seems to allude to the rapture and transition into the Tribulation Period. We'll know for sure once we pass September 23, 2025.

Consider the celestial alignment against the description found in Revelation 12:

• The woman is clothed in the sun — The sun was in the constellation Virgo at the time of alignment at her shoulder
• The moon is at the woman's feet — The moon was positioned at the feet of the Virgo constellation
• The woman has a crown of twelve stars — The constellation Leo is positioned at the head of Virgo with nine stars. At the time of alignment, Mercury, Venus, and Mars were also present in the constellation of Leo bringing the total to 12 (ignoring the coutless other stars in that direction that can be seen with more powerful tech). Planets are referred to as "wandering stars" in Jude 1:13.
• The woman is in labor and births a son — The planet Jupiter passed through the constellation of Virgo at the time of alignment going into retrograde (appearing to stand still) in the constellations "womb" area and then exiting between the legs as if being born from the constellation.

April 13, 2029 Rev 12 Red Dragon Sign

In Revelation 12 there is a second sign that is associated with Satan in this instance called "The Red Dragon". In it, a seven headed dragon with crowns on his head is positioned near the woman to devour her child upon birth. With his tail he sweeps away a third of the stars and hurls them to Earth. Using the interpretation of the woman sign in the section above, we go to the constellation Virgo and look for a multi-headed dragon constellation nearby. Directly next to Virgo in the sky is the largest constellation in the sky "Hydra". It's name is associated with the mythological multi-headed dragon that Hercules famously defeats.

Like Virgo having Leo above her head to partially fulfill the crown of stars, the Hydra constellation has the constellation Cancer above it's head with 6 stars in total — 1 short of what the sign requires. Like the fulfillment mentioned above, there are many instances where planets meander into the constellation Cancer to suddenly increase the star / "crown" count at the Hydra's head to seven. So, because that's so common it seems we're looking for something else to fulfill this sign. Going back to Revelation 12, we see in verse 9 that after the dragon is defeated in Heaven he is thrown down to the Earth. On the Seven Year Tribulaton page I establish that this event is associated with the mid-point of the Tribulation Period. So, if we assume the intepretation of the sign of the woman above is correct and we assume that it's pointing to exactly 8 years later to our upcoming feast of trumpets for the seven year tribulation to begin, then we can count 3.5 years from September 23, 2025 to find the mid-point and see what happens in the Hydra constellation at that time. That future date is March 5-6th, 2029 — I present a range that depends on if you do inclusive counting or not but the 5th specifically looks to fit the best with the rest I have to present.

Daniel 12:1

Daniel 12, which speaks of the time of the end, begins by describing a time in which Israel is miraculously defended by the arch angel Michael. It goes on to say that after the time in which Israel has been defended comes a time of distress which is unique throughout history. What one finds if they review the history of Israel from 1948 to present day is a series of miraculous military successes. We see from Daniel 12 that this is the beginning of the end times and that the next expected event is a time of great distress that seemingly is unlike other events in history — consider vs. WW1 & WW2 for example. So, we are waiting and watching for significant conflict. We find this also mentioned in Matthew 24:6-8 where Jesus warns of wars and rumors of wars but the end is not yet. THEN, in verse seven he states that nation will rise agaisnt nation and kingdom against kingdom and there will be famines and earthquakes. All of these will be the beginning. So, these scriptures are in agreement on what we are to see come next. The question is when.

Other Year Count Alignments

In addition to the above reasoning, I have also found a few historic year counts against various events that look to also hold significance to pointing to 2025. To me, these imply a high level of craftmanship and accuracy in the work and influence God has had on the world events throughout time.
